Tasting notes:
Red–purple color wine,with black maturefruits and complex aroma , spice and touches of cocoa and vanilla with a long after taste

Vinification:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature.

Matured:
In french oak barrels for 6 months.

Suggestions:
It should be served at 16-18º C. Recommended to accompany games dishes (partridge, pigeons,…) and cheeses.
