Alcohol: 13 %vol.

Tasting notes:
Ruby colour wine, with red fruit aroma. Soft in mouth, bodied, pleasant balance and long lasting after taste.

Vinification:
Manual vinification for 20 kilo wooden boxes, fermentation in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature for one month.

Matured:
Fifteen months in French New Oak Wood and stainless steel vats.

20.000 bottles

Aroma:
Matuired Wild Fruits, with essence of chocolate and coffee

Taste:
Soft Structure, with a balanced acidity which provides it with a long ending with a wild fruit flavour.
