Region: Upper Douro
Grapes Varieties: Gouveio, Rabigato e Viusinho

Vinification:
Manual vinification, for 20 kilo wooden boxes, direct pressing with pneumatic press. Fermenting occurs at 18º.

Maturing:
Maturing of 8 months in stainless steel vats

Production:
4000 Bottles

Colour:
Bright and Clear yellow-greenish colour wine.

Aroma:
Citrus, Peach, White Flower and Pinnaple Complex Aromas

Taste:
Long and cool with floral aromas, well mated with the wooded flavor. Balanced acidity providing the wine a good structure, all round.

Gastronomy:
Light dishes and/or seafood.
