Tasting notes:

Ruby color, fruity compote aromas. Medium body, soft and mellow mouth, and good structure for a long finish. Oak ageing during three months.

Winemaking:

After selection the grapes were totally de-stemmed and the fermentation occurred in small stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Then, the wine was racked and transfered into new French oak barrels during 3 months.
